Shipping policy
Domestic Orders:
Great Eastern Entertainment provides First Class shipping within the United States for $5 for orders under $75 and free shipping for orders over $75 (U.S. Territories may have additional shipping fees to accommodate priority shipping). Expedited (priority) shipping is a $13 flat fee. Whether you choose Standard or Expedited shipping, all in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed after 9 AM PST on Fridays may not be shipped until the following Monday.
If we have canceled your order for the reason “Shipping Address Undeliverable,” that means that we are unable to ship to your address with the standard USPS shipping. Therefore, it is up to your discretion whether or not to purchase expedited shipping. If your order was canceled, Shopify will take roughly 5-10 business days to process your refund, and you should receive your refund through your original payment method.
Estimated Arrival Time:
Free Shipping: 5-10 business days, depending on your proximity to California;
Expedited: 2-4 business days
Holidays are especially busy times for us, so to guarantee delivery for those special times, please place your order at least 11 calendar days ahead of the desired date (5 business days ahead for two-day shipping).
International Orders:
Great Eastern Entertainment provides First Class International shipping for a flat fee, depending on the weight of the order. All of our licenses have different territorial restrictions upon signing the agreement with the licensor, so be sure to check the red text in the product description to ensure that we can ship to your country.
Due to shipping carriers suspending freight from the United States to Ukraine and Russia, we are currently not allowed to ship to Ukraine and Russia. We apologize for the inconvenience with this and thank you for your understanding.
